“Abbey is a fantastic nutritional coach. I started nutrition coaching because I was feeling constant confusion about what I should and shouldn't be eating since every diet says something different. Abbey pointed me in the right direction and even offered meal ideas that worked with my crazy busy schedule. She was extremely positive, supportive of my goals, and understanding if my day was crazy and take out was what I had for dinner. She was always available when I had questions and even if I wanted to send her my grocery list for the week to look it over. Because of her coaching, I now meal plan weekly, which has saved me money on groceries and on takeout, and I now feel comfortable making myself meals throughout the day that work for my body. I used to be really bad but at reminding myself to eat throughout the day and get severe headaches by the end of the day. Now I bring breakfast, lunch, and snacks to work with and the nutrition I provide my body!”
